At OT By PG, we believe that uniqueness is a strength—for individuals and their families alike. Our mission is to embrace, empower, and support those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other diagnoses, helping them develop the skills they need to adapt, grow, and truly belong.
We have expanded our services to provide comprehensive care for individuals with diverse needs, including behavior, communication, learning, motor skills, physical abilities, speech, social development, and vocational training.
Our team is carefully selected not only for their expertise and experience but also for their deep commitment to making a meaningful impact. We take pride in fostering an environment where every individual feels supported and valued.

Meet The Team
Founder & CEO
I am a passionate Occupational Therapist with experience in both workplace rehabilitation and pediatric therapy. I hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Bond University and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary.
I began my career at IPAR Rehabilitation in Australia, where I worked in workplace rehab, injury prevention, and return-to-work programs. I collaborated with employers, insurers, and healthcare teams to support individuals recovering from workplace and motor vehicle injuries, providing functional assessments, vocational counseling, ergonomic evaluations, and mental health support. Upon moving back to Calgary, my passion led me to pediatric Occupational Therapy, where I now focus on helping children with Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and developmental delays build independence in self-care, motor skills, sensory regulation, and play. I take a holistic, family-centered approach, ensuring therapy is engaging and practical for each child and family.
I am fluent in English and Punjabi, allowing me to provide culturally competent care.
